How to Submit
Use the form below to send us information about your photo. When you click the submit button, your default email program will open with the details from this form. Please attach your image file to that email before sending it. Remember to follow the file rules from the Rules page: images should be in JPG, PNG, or WebP format, must be under 1MB in size, and should be named using the format lastname_category_shorttitle.jpg. Submissions that do not follow these basic guidelines may not appear on the voting page or in the gallery.
If you experience any issues with the form or your email client, you can send an email directly to cazaj130@macomb.edu with the same information requested here and your image attached. Please include “Space Photo Club Submission” in the subject line so your photo can be matched to the correct contest cycle and category. Once your submission is received and approved, it will be added to the voting page for other club members to view and rate.
